Through joint communication, we accurately determine your needs and run a project assessment. After the assessment is completed, we initiate collaboration by filling out an order form and signing a contract.

After signing the contract, we initiate the recruitment and selection process. The process involves collecting candidate applications, conducting a selection procedure, interviewing candidates, screening, verifying the authenticity of worker's documents, and conducting testing in the worker's home country.

After accurately defining your needs and finding workers who can meet them, we can initiate the process of obtaining permits for workers to come and work in the Republic of Croatia. This is achieved in collaboration with the Croatian Employment Service, Ministry of foreign affairs and institutions in the worker's home country.

The final step includes the worker's flight, accommodation arrangements, residence registration, issuance of a residence card, opening a bank account, and additional activities related to settling the worker into their workplace.
